So who does everyone want

With the draft less then a week away who does everyone want. There seems to be a realistic chance just about any player in the draft can fall to us at #5 (outside of probably Joeckel) so if you could have anyone who would it be.

For me I don't really have a preference I would be happy with Jordan, Ansah, Fisher and to a lesser degree, Milliner. What I'm hoping for is a trade down a few spots, staying in the top 10 and picking up whoever falls out of those guys (Ansah maybe).

I'm hoping with the picks from the Revis trade the Jets might wanna make a move for his replacement with Milliner, and would most likely have to leapfrog the Browns to do so.

If that were to happen I could see Ansah sliding to us. Browns don't really need him with Sheard and Kruger, Arizona will take Lane Johnson if hes there and Buffalo needs to get some help on offense. Right now thats my ideal scenario.

Since Joeckel will be gone, I want either Fisher or Milliner. I will be disappointed if we take Ansah or Jordan at 5 because their value is their potential, not what they've done in the past. I think that makes them too risky at 5.

1) Fisher - the line is decimated, and an elite LT for the next decade would be huge.
2) Milliner - elite CB prospect, an area of need for a long time here
3) Ansah - you can never have too much pass-rush, but he's very inexperienced.

4) Trade down. If we can't get a top player at an area of need, I would rather try to get a couple first rounders and fill multiple holes.

Give me one of the three tackles. Not too high on miliner and ive soured on ansah recently.

Here's what I'm thinking for the 1st round in order of preference...

1) Any of the three OTs
2) Trade down
3) One of the two OGs
4) Milliner or another DB
5) One of the two big DTs
6) One of the many risk/reward DEs
7) A stud WR
8) A stud LB

Its not that ive soured on Ansah.....but more the fact that there will be good value at DE at the top of rd 2.

Ansah is intriguing but he is very unproven and very raw. By all accounts he could be the best athlete in the draft but I dont think the Lions are in a position where we can take an unproven play @5 and hope he turns into what people say he will. Now if we trade down a bit then take him I would feel a bit better about it but not @5. Which of coarse means he will be the pick and they may even deal up to do it.

1. Milliner
2. Joekel
3. fisher
4. trade down few picks for lane johnson or a DE.

stay away from Ansah

Fisher
Ansah
Milliner
In that order. Offensive tackle and DE are priority

If you guys don't like Ansah there are going to be some pretty disappointed people on this board come draft day. If I had to bet right now I'd put my money on him as the favorite.

1. Fisher
2. Joeckel
3. Warmack
4. Ansah
5. Trade Down

Cosell and Mayock have Hayden as the top CB. Don't want Milliner @ 5. I'd take him in the 11-20 range if he fell then and we had traded down.
