Stormy Daniels says Avenatti sued Trump without her permission

I don?t know if your claim is true or not, but the sexual revolution has nothing to do with Trump?s and Clinton?s proclivities.

Powerful people-mostly men but a few women too-have been able to indulge themselves in hedonistic pursuits since the beginning of time.

Even this age of rampant moral relativism has strict rubrics on social behavior and habits?except for sex, where virtually anything goes. The sexual revolution happened right in front of me, and its repercussions continue.

That doesn?t mean that Trump and Clinton hadn?t been doing the same thing that powerful people have been doing going back to the beginning of time. The sexual revolution had nothing to do with things that went on before it going back to the beginning of time.

Yes, the strong have preyed on the weak since before the wheel. But, now, sexual mores are wholly couched in the term ?consensual?.

The best line of that terrible movie Jurassic Park was:

?Your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn't stop to think if they should.?

Kind of applies here.

There's a "Museum Of Sex" in NYC that chronicles how sexual mores and practices changed over time in NYC, from it's founding up until the present.

I don't remember a lot about it, but I do remember the parts prior to the sexual revolution made me not want to have sex ever again. Yuck!

It was a lot more brutal & disease-ridden back then. People just didn't talk about it. when they started to be more open about it, things improved. Cleaned up.

And there was then real opportunity to do it right, and that opportunity was squandered.

Well, I just saw a report that in CA, where sex ed is more widespread than anywhere else, teen pregnancy and STD rates have declined significantly, so maybe there's some hope for humanity...

Terrible? Were you in the bathroom when the lawyer gets eaten by a T-Rex while he sits cowering on a toilet? That scene kinda redeemed it for me - who knows, maybe that's what Heaven's Gate was missing. Admittedly, I haven't seen it but I have to think that would improve most films.

Compared to the book, the movie was a bad episode of The Flinstones.

that too is true of most films. I read the book just before it came out and remember thinking this book is so short, they could easily make a movie that stays true to it. The film was over 2 hours long and they didn't come close. That gave me a new appreciation for how hard it is for a movie to live up to the book.

They coulda shot the dam book like it was target practice and all that movie did was illustrate that you can sell promotional material for the movie during the movie.
