that Hobby Lobby decision...

their brief referred explicitly to the forms of birth control at issue in the Hobby Lobby dispute.

yes, there are abortifacients... they were not at issue in the case, unless you're talking to Scalia, Alito, or the plaintiffs. And I don't think it's going out on a limb to consider their views pretty far removed from the norm.

The copper IUD isn't a part of it? I had the impression it was since it was mentioned earlier.

Rudy was offsides.

...offsides. That's a funny word. Is it actually supposed to be offsides or is it offside?

It could be either. Offside is technically probably correct but colloquially people say both; probably offsides is used more.

Just like in baseball RBIs is commonly used; except it's for Runs Batted In; not for Run Batted Ins.

Offside sounds pretty wrong, but probably not worse than RsBI.

Not sure - I've looked at a couple sites that interpret NCAA football rules (neither authoritative) - one says offside and the other offsides (although I'm noticing right now that spellchecker doesn't like "offsides"). On a single plane with only 2 sides (ignoring the horizontal and lateral boundaries) is it possible to be off more than one side? I don't know but I feel like I almost sounded like Gulo there, getting all technical. One thing is certain though, that little bastard was lined up in the neutral zone.
