2 average teams. Gutsy win and the defenses were both great. Turnovers were the difference.

Happy to get a win on the road with such a very young team. Started a true freshman at corner who was fairly dominant. Started 14 freshman or sophomores and still found a way to win.

Congrats .. Msu deseved the win..We had no separation from any wr who are pretty young other then perry . Missed Black alot tonight . Sadly there is a reason our qb didnt start over Wilton. The Team responded poorly after Isaacs fumble and never recovered after being down 14-3. It really pisses me off the msu and osu do the same shit year after year on defense to us and we never prepare for it seems.

So basically it boils down to assistant coaches shitting the bed whenever we play rivalry games (see: Durkin and the OSU game). Can't wait until ND is back on the schedule, then they'll have another rival to fuck up against.

Which hurts all the more because I wasn't watching Michigan football when Woodson, et al played. I didn't start paying attention to the team until I went to UM for graduate school a few years later.

God damn. I feel bad for you. I grew up watching Des, Wheatley, Irons, A-Train, Touchdown Tim, Terrell, Sword, Gold, Ray, and the Immaculate Woodson. I left so many greats off too. You're sludging through the dog shit era of Michigan football. We actually used to beat rivals outside of NDSucks.

That's why I said earlier that I always seem to start following sports right after the best era has ended. Until 2015, I'd never seen a horse win the Triple Crown, because I was born 2 years after the last one. It took 37 years for another to come along, and that may be the only one I ever see. But at least I saw one. Next on my bucket list is to see Michigan win national titles in both football and men's bball, but I'm not holding out too much hope for either. Fuck, I'd take another B1G title in football.

Everyone knew this team wasn't going undefeated, just sucks the first loss had to come to a bad MSU team under bad circumstances. Don't let it get you down too much, not worth it.

Just enjoy the roller coaster of irrational hope. I'm only 35, not even officially yet, and fully expect that I'll never see UM football when another national title.

Fuck, it's been a decade and a half since we won the conference.
