Probably no dish outage or 30 minute weather reports during this game

WILX TV in Jackson backed their decision to cut to the weather for 30 minutes during the first quarter by saying their weather coverage was very important. THey had a lot of people complaining. The reporter was just repeating himself for 30 minutes. 5 minutes would've been good. At one point, he said, "If you are outside right now, we strongly advise you to go inside." I don't know very many people who sit outside and watch TV in the pouring rain, but who knows, right?

I was stuck with WILX as well. My opinion, the only people tuning in to the channel were wanting to see the game. Yes, the weather was bad, but why not just run a scroll with the info. Or go split screen. And then the fucking kicker after missing most of the first half over that crap, the rain-fade that took out my Dish signal out after that. Then throw in the piss-poor play and it was just a cornucopia of shit for the entire night.

If we roll, like an easy win by 3-4 scores, it's an indication we're not completely hopeless like last year.

If we struggle to score like we did against Air Force and Cincinnati last year... it's gonna be another long shitty season. 9-4 or worse.
