Tigers call up Bobby Parnell, place Warwick Saupold on disabled list.
Mlive

To make room for Parnell on the 40-man roster, the Tigers designated right-handed relief pitcher Jose Valdez for assignment.

Valdez was 2-1 with a 4.50 ERA in 16 appearances this season between Triple-A Toledo and Double-A Erie.

Right-handed pitcher Warwick Saupold, who went on the 15-day disabled list with a right groin strain on Wednesday, is expected to miss 2-4 weeks, according to Ausmus.

What am I missing here?

Can they be worse than Lowe

YEA Lowe 7.79> Parnell 18.00 < Saupold 10.80. I know we should not judge any one by era alone, but when you get into these kind of numbers. Some one got to be having a bad day. And as a fan I'm tired of having to watch too many bad days. I really do not have dog in the fight. So no new hat this season, & no pizza for awhile. Only way of saying I'm non supporting this mess. I mean 173+ million for this is unacceptable.
