Yes i agree good that we gained but we should have swept both the Reds and Cubs, and maybe even the Rockies with that extra inning debacle.. But with our hitting 11-7 is probably pretty good..

Verlander moved to 4-0 in five starts against the National League this season. Tiger right-hander's career record against the NL is 19-2.
 
Not an ace here, obviously...but I'm sure he could pass for an ace in the NL.
 
I moved the AL verses NL inter-league records over to the MLB board but the AL is really crushing the NL this year..
I step closer to a all DH league I hope..
