Tigers/Twins Opening Day

Eh as a white man, that's funny. Take no offense to it.

Harrison's comments aside (which were not good), this country loves to find ways to get offended.

I agree D.
Yeah I don't care Criag said but i worry some may.. CM has a good gig I sure hope he does not lose it for something as ding-batty as that.. It was just a awkward sentence to say on tv.

yeah, silly comment from Monroe but not offensive at all.

I am not easily offended...almost impossible for that to happen. However, I can see how some may be offended. Not by the comment itself but the double standard that exists. "White men can't jump" is a stereotype. You have a black commentator joking about a white stereotype. If a white commentator jokes about a black stereotype....shit will hit the fan.

I don't find the comment offensive, but Craig Monroe is plenty offensive by simply saying anything. I can't stand him. He's a horrible "analyst", and literally uses popular phrases by every other analyst every time he does a segment. The way he uses his hands to make himself seem smart is also cringeworthy. I hope he loses his job just because he fucking sucks at what he does and I don't tune in to the postgames just because of him.

he is pretty brutal. Mateen Cleaves is the worst analyst i've ever seen though, he does the Pistons games.

I didn't watch the game. Was there a good reason to yank Price rather than leaving him in to try for a shut out?

Opening day and he was at 102 pitches and he had just given up 2 consecutive hits. So he brought in Nathan to face Torii. Ausmus visited the mound after the first guy reached base. I really think he did not want Price to go above 100 pitches. After he gave up the next hit he yanked him. It also gave the fans a chance to give Price a nice ovation.
