Another day, another highly critical article by a national writer regarding the Detroit Tigers' questionable rebuild. Meanwhile, since this all started hitting the media, Al Avila hasn't done an interview in a very long time.

So on the heels of regular national stories about the failing rebuild, and with the stories only increasing, why are the local reporters still denying what is really going on and failing to report on the truth?
