Tigers vs. Indians September 18, 2020 Game 50

Tigers currently hold the 7th slot for next year's MLB draft by W-L record, and still with a good shot @ finishing within the top 5 by season's end. Their negative Rdiff of -64 is 4th lowest in MLB, indicating where they could finish the season.

I noticed this season that sometimes when a pitcher is doing well they replace him. Why did Fulmer come out, did he get hurt? Less than 50 pitches.
