Raburn is a huge improvement over Boesch in right field.

scary thought, but I feel more comfortable with Raburn in left or right than Young/Boesch.
and that's saying something about the Tigers corner outfield defense. not good.

Agreed, Raburn is an average outfielder, whereas Boesch and Delmon might be the two worst outfielders in baseball.

I trust Raburn on a throw to the plate more than Boesch too.

I have seen Raburn make some nice throws. I just keep thinking of akward routes that he takes to the ball and pushing balls over the fence....
