Laird will take BP early friday in Cinci and if he feels good, he'll start. Jackson won't be back till saturday till the earliest and he'll be back in CF (per Jason Beck). Berry better still get playing time over Boesch, Kelly, and Young on the NL road trip. He's not great but he's better than all 3 of them.

My guess is that Matt Young gets sent back down despite proving over his ML career that he can play defense and actually get on base. Id rather him over Kelly or Boesch, but with our GM and manager thats not going to happen. Boesch or Kelly better be gone once Dirks gets back (he is eligible to come off the DL on the 15th, next friday).


Gameday will be up later. I was going to post the racist logo's lineup too, but then decided not to after I realized that if i wrote "Douchenugget" for all of them we wouldnt know which one was which.

id like to as well, his OBP skills and defense alone make him a much better option than Boesch right now. leyland is just stupid. im going to be furious if we offer him another contract. its time for him to go after this season.

The 2nd and have 5 hitters also are pure Mud Hens.

I guess Delmon is still effective against lefties, so you could justify him playing as a DH strictly against them.

we ain't had a decent 2 hitter, and a 2nd basemen since Polonco left. for a measly 5 or 6 mill. we could have kept him and filled both holes. yet they paid Cringe that much and he wasn't worth a shit.

Boesch is the biggest fish for A high pitch,every time he gets 2 strikes on him they throw it,he has to learn also to cut down his swing with 2 strikes on him.
