After learning that the Tigers were one of three franchises (in the ALCD!) and one of six in MLB who refuse to help pay housing expenses for their minor leaguers, IF I was a junior but draft-eligible college player, then I would be much more linclined to phone them and warn each that I might refuse to sign a contract and wait for another franchise to pick me the following year instead.
