that fielder clears the bases before Delmon can? Last I look, he was close to .300 with runners in scoring position AND he's had a hot month. Not going to get too many chances with RISP with Cabby and Fielder in front.

He has a .702 OPS with RISP, in other words, he's been a bad hitter with RISP, just as he has been a bad hitter overall.

And he has a .714 OPS in the month of June, he's not exactly lighting the world on fire.

I agree he's not lighting the world on fire but he doesn't deserve the "get out of town" talk. He's young and got a lot of potential and is playing above average ball. Plently of other guys on this team and other teams doing far worse
