Matt sucks. Sorry Ron. Wasn’t home till just the last few half innings. Frustrating Matt can’t hold a 5-3 lead. He has been such a disappointment this year. If we don’t come back we will be 0-2 since CJ went down

They gave up 15 runs in the two games...I doubt a guy hitting .190 would make much of a difference.

Just 2 run homer from tying it up, and CJ has hit a few this year so who knows because he didn’t play . Losing was mostly Boyd’s fault today anyway. Which weirdly I mentioned .

I understand that...I just found it odd that you would mention that they are 0-2 since he went down. Two games where they gave up 15 and outscored by 6

the two things don't seem to be related.

Wow...what's this? Boyd's 3rd or 4th bad outing? Looks like it was the worst one so far.


Gonna be not only untradeable, but a clear liability this season if he continues to suck as a SP. Can you imagine him being DFAed after what happened when he was dangled as "prized" trade bait but no takers last season?

I see that Greiner finally had a 2 rbi XBH and scored a run, bringing his BA up to a sparkling .077. He has never shown any continuity or improvement @ the plate other than running into one very infrequently. I suppose that its okay to carry a couple of all glove no bat players, but this team still has waay too many hitting @ the Mendoza Line or moreso far below that. Their corner OFers in Demeritte and Stewart s/b playing in their final seasons as Tigers, IMO.
