Not trying to say the offense is doing well right now, but have to keep in mind that the Tigers have only played 15 games. No one else has played fewer than 17 and most have played 19 or so.

This. All counting stats are going to be off for the Tigers because of the limited amount of games they have played compared to everyone else.
