Scherzer vs. Peavy

Tigers lineup:

Jackson CF
Boesch RF
Cabrera 3B
Fielder 1B
Young LF
Avila C
Peralta SS
Dirks DH
Raburn 2B

Sux lineup:

De Aza CF
Mushroom 3B
Career is Dunn DH
Polly Pecker 1B
A-hole C
Cry me a Rios RF
Ramirez SS
Viciedo LF
Bended like Beckham 2B

Hopefully Scherzer recovers from his lousy first start and continues with his .215 career BAA against the Sox.

My brain must've been plugging DY into the spot where he belongs.

this stubborn refusal to DH young is really starting to piss me off. we can have them both him and dirks in the lineup, just put young somewhere where he cant hurt us on defense! ugh.

Apparently Cabrera noticed the batters box was not drawn correctly and the umpire is changing it. Cabrera sometimes mows the outfiled at Comerica park too.

wonder if chicago fans realize when they chant 'detroit sucks' they really mean 'we cant beat you detroit, and we are tired of losing to you'. i guess its just easier to chant

I wonder if he knew before the game, but waited until now to say something so he could make Peavy and the rest of the Sox stand out there.

kinda puts complaining about the tigers lineup in perspective. the sux have dunn batting 3rd. good god

Peavy is one of those pitchers that can be lights out for a few innings and then totally lose it. Hope we get his pitch count up at least.
