Miguel Cabrera said he tried to elevate the ball into the gap with runners on and avoid a double play. So he was happy he got that done.

Phillies announcers were saying that miggy's shot could possibly be the longest they have ever seen at that ballpark.
 
The Phillies announcer also said that having Victor Martinez hitting behind Cabrera played a big part in Cabrera's season last year......
They were a bit confused.
 
I was especially baffled by how the one guy described his swing as a "Tomahawk"?
 
I heard them mention it during the game and they made it sound that way.
