To bad Butler is slow but he would hit better then Nick for sure....

.248/.300/.306 is worse than Nick's .235/.282/.355

Butler is a man of streaks, for sure. His average and OBP is usually consistent, but his power shows up in waves, and disappears as well. He's still a very good hitter who can play 1st base pretty well. The only reason he doesnt play is because Hosmer is even better at 1st.
