I thought just the fact that Denard didnt get invited last year showed how to even be considered for the award you have to be on a team that is winning. I honestly think the reason that RG3 will not win the award is simply because his team has 2 losses right now and is not in a BCS bowl game. I believe that RG3 should probably win the award and that Ball should probably be invited to NY at least but none of will happen. Do you think Woodson would have won the award if UM was 9-3 that year or if Peyton and the Vols were playing for a National Title at the end of the year?

Ball DID get invited. And Denard shouldn't have been invited last year, and it had nothing to do with team losses. At times he just looked terrible.

Don't forget Jason White, who won the Heisman and then went out and sucked balls in the championship game against LSU.

I honestly think he will win just simply because of 2 things. 1 he is the only person on the list playing for NCG and the Heisman honestly seems to have to more to do with overall record than anything. 2. Because of SEC bias, this one is simple because he plays in the SEC (the best conference) he get the award.
