Some good stuff mixed with some idiocy. A requirement to eliminate two regulations for every new regulation? How does that make any sense? And how does it do any good? I don't see it. The next four years are going to be brutal.

it's more or less apolitical, addressing the feasibility of doing them under US federal, state, and constitutional law.

not sure why they skipped some proposals.
