I saw that article about Cuba and Vietnam but I will believe it when I see it. It sounded like tough talk rhetoric coming from the dancing bears diplomats. Obama is not afraid of Putin . He took him aside for over a hour by himself about the hacking . My guess is it wasn't friendly. It's sort of funny. Thier country was in shambles when the wall went down and capitalism has made a ton of rich people in Russia and they are still pissed off about everything. In a shooting conflict without nuclear weapons my guess is the United States technology would crush Russia's conventional forces. Hopfully it will not come to that but it's clear Russia wants Trump over Clinton in my opinion.
Do you believe the US SAT photos of the BM's in Kaliningrad? Putin is giving Obama the big middle finger on his way out to illustrate his contempt for his inherent weakness. Putin also bailed on the plutonium disposal agreement. The Soviet has not changed since the days of Dean Acheson.
EDIT: Putin is complicit in influencing the outcome of the election. It's more than a "preference." On this, Clinton is accurate.
