Trice...4 turnovers yesterday. How big was that three tum tum hit to stop the Wisconsin run? His shot doesn't look bad at all.

Tum's turnovers are more impressive given the speed that he plays with, 4 turnovers from Tum are a lot different than Gasser or Albrecht or another slow tempo team.

Trice had a few costly ones yesterday, there was a big time horseshit travel. MSU had just been called for a foul on the other end on a drive where it looked like the Wisconsin player traveled but could have been fouled. we get the ball, trice drives on Kaminksy who sticks him with his forearm and trice stumbles, gets called for a travel. back to back 50/50 calls going to bo ryan, not shocking

You know, I've thought that all year. Seems like he could be a decent shooter. Must just be a confidence thing......ala Travis Walton.

Also, he needs to look to finish his drives.....his complete unwillingness to hoist shots makes him easier to defend. Why collapse on a guy who you know is looking to pass it?

Trice also got away with a travel on his left handed lay-up.....so it evens itself out.

Good form kind of like mateen, short stroke. His form on the stripe looks good also but struggling a bit. 33% from the floor and 54% from the stripe isnt impressive but hes getting adjusted with a lot of minutes for a Freshman. He positions himself well for defensive boards also. I am expecting big improvements from him in the next year.
