Chocolate milk

I had chocolate milk after my hard 30 minute fitness swim this morning...barwis's nutritional plan; only damned positive thing that ever came out of the RichRod era...

Ha!

Not that fancy, really...maybe a little fancier than my old first game tradition, the classic Michigan country eye opener - beer with tomato juice and an egg - but not much fancier.

water. I was too bored with the early games so I went to the gym, and just got home. I'm going to drink a Bell's Amber in the shower in a minute to get things started.

Well it used to be a nice cold miller lite, but it has been 5 years since I gave that up, I have a nice big Pepsi to drink.

Cool.

My feeling is that, since I've made it to 50 already in quite good health and fitness while consuming more alcohol than an averaged sized horse really ought to, why give anything up at this point?

chicago is about to get pelted by thunderstorms. hopefully the temps drop so I can turn the ac off. so loud I have to crank the tube...

I was thinking of making some PURPLE DRANK for the LSU game later.

My former drink of choice as well. Bottles, not cans.

Now I'm on the Dr. Pepper diet.
