No teleprompter is the only difference between that debate that was massively rigged in his favor and the state of the union. Nothing has changed, he’s been like this for at least a couple years.

What little I watched of the "debate" included what appeared to be Biden adjusting an earpiece in his right ear. Or he could have been digging for wax. Or both. Or neither. Whatever, he was at his very best that night.

I've had that question as well - can't believe we have no better options out there. Btw, the thing we hear as children "You can even be President of the United States" is a flat out lie. Only the rich can become POTUS.
