i'll go with Boston but it's really very close, I think I equally dislike Boston, Chicago, Texas and CA all the same. Would put the Yankee's in there also but but since we always seem to beat them in the post season hard to hate that. lol.

For me it's Boston.

They have always been some of the most arrogant fan bases I can recall, and it only got worse once the Pats won the SB and the Red Sox won the WS.

Yankees would be a distant second, but at least when Yankee fans talk shit, they have the hardware to back it up.

I hate the Red Sox top to bottom, from the shitty announcers, to the players, to the fans, to the little boners ESPN has for them, and now the ownership management for making me almost feel a slight pang of sympathy for Sux fans when they sold off those players to LA.

I'll say White Sox are 1 since they are a division rival and the Yankees and Red Sox are a tie. I do hate the White Sox a tad less now that Ozzie is gone...but just a little less. Yanks and Red Sox probably have a lot to do with all of the media love they get. ESPN doesn't always do a good job of remembering there is baseball in the midwest.

i cant vote, i despise them all equally (ie, i try to set them all on fire with my mind).

the phillies and cardinals are also on my list.

Living where I do where there are a lot of Diamondbacks games on, I can safely add a couple of National League teams on to this list. Lots of dum f'k Giants fans out here, lots of midwest transplats too so a lot of Cardinals fans.

Top of the list though always will be the Yankees...followed closely by the White Sox. Don't care for the other teams on that list, either. But my hatred wanes a decent amount after the Sux and Spankies...

I HATE anything Chicago when it comes to sports. I don't undertstand how ALL of you don't feel the same being a Detroit sports fan.

I hate the White Sox, their players past and present, Ozzie, and their fans are horrible. Even the neighborhood around their stadium rivals the worst parts of Detroit.

I feel the same way. Occasionally, there will be a player I might like...well not since Fisk...well never mind...

I agree with Thumb and Byco, and the reasons I hate/dislike the redsox as much as I have.

But as Tony says and many agreed with his posts, if I had never moved to boston and lived my whole life in and around Detroit, I would in all likelihood hate all chicago sports.

Strange though for me, as TyCobb posted, there are players I have liked from the cities, Ted Williams, Petrocelli, Rice, Lowell, Pierce, Fox, Aparicio, Payton, Butkus, Bobby Hull, Mikita, Orr, Esposito, Bucyk.

Without a doubt the White Sox first and Yankees second. I hate to say it but I don't hate the Twins, except when they play us. At least they play the game right and I like their T.V. announcers.

This season it's the White Sox; in recent previous seasons the Twins.

Whatever Central Division rival that posts the biggest threat to the Tigers' chances of making the post season in a season in which the Tigers are contenders.

Aside from that, I've always significantly disliked the Atlanta Braves, don't exactly know why.
