I think the big winners will be illegal immigrants that cross the border and farmers that use migrant workers.

jeez... pretty much every industry uses undocumented labor, not just farmers.

cleaning staff, cooks, dishwashers, construction and landscaping...

and a lot of large corporations get around it by hiring a subcontractor to hire facilities maintenance staff, and so that subcontractor goes and hires the undocumented workers.

I guarantee most, if not all Fortune 500 companies are doing that.

not likely, considering Obama made similar comments about illegal immigration and his proposals for more wall at higher funding levels passed without question. Yes, Trump made it a big part of his platform but he basically said what people on both sides of the political aisle, particularly high profile Dems who suddenly did a 180 on it, were saying.

Because of the partisan divide that existed long before Trump, I think it's inevitable that anything he ran on was going to be made into a big deal that the "moral" warriors for social and economic justice were going to turn into a partisan fight.

In "false flag" operations, the opposing side uses the event to some advantage, e.g. launching a war, or a coup. Nothing happened after this.

I am sure if this guy is actually some actor, it'll come out and be a big deal. certainly Trump and his ilk aren't above screaming about things like that.

the MAGA crowd has done plenty of other stupid things like this, so I'm not sure why there should be much doubt in this case.
