Why Do People Back Into Parking Spots

biggunsbob[/color]]I know this is a tad different but I sometimes back into my garage and I will remember this forever. Around 2005 when the new round of Batman movies were coming out By Christopher Nolan I was backing in to my garage regularly and my kids were 8 and 10 at the time.. We were in the car and i was backing in and my Daughter asked why I did that... I told her that what if this was batman's cave and I was batman and needed to get out really fast.. Now my daughter had not seen any of the movies but I had taken my young son and his friend (I know probably to young) and my son in the straightest face every said.. "Batman doesn't drive a silver van dad". We all cracked up and from then on whenever I back into the garage we refer to that type of parking as backing into the bat cave...

My guess is Batman parks on a computer controlled rotating platform so he can reap the benefit of backing in without actually backing in.

Batman has it all... Kinda old school when it was a tad cheesy

Everyone should back in for a week, just for practice. For some reason when we are pulling the boat or the stock trailer I get in the habit of backing in and it just sticks.

My grandfather doesn't back in anywhere for anything. It is quite funny to watch him back me in the water when we are fishing. He is in his late 60's and I told him the other day, "Your getting to the age when I am going to teach you how to back this trailer." He was not amused and told me I would be backing the boat in the barn, and to leave him alone!

Idk but it's annoying it's like waiting in line at the gas station with the lotto players.

seriously, that might be the worst. right up there with the guy who cant seem to pull into a parking space correctly. Nothings worse than driving thru a crowded parking lot and see some douche taking up 2 spots bc they're either too retarded to park normally, or they just dont give a fuck. Ive actually left hate notes on a few of those dickheads windshields lol...

You know who I find more annoying than people who back into parking spaces?

People that hijack planes and fly them into buildings, and the jackwads that use this as an excuse to make up pointless new security procedures. I know the inconvenience of having to take your shoes, belt, and jacket off, and your laptop out of its bag at the airport is far more inconvenient than the few moments I may spend waiting for someone to back into a parking spot. and do NOT get me started on the ban on transporting liquids in larger amounts than 3 oz.

Or people who fabricate evidence of a connection between a terrorist organization and a foreign government simply to provide a justification to invade said foreign nation to profit defense contractors and other politically connected organizations! So inconsiderate!

The inconvenience to me as a citizen and a taxpayer of the cost to my nation's treasury, both for direct and indirect costs is a lot more than that caused by some jacko backing into a parking spot...

You could easily avoid your problem if more people carried guns. But then I might get shot because someone has to wait 3 seconds for me to back in my spot. However I keep a secret close to my person most of the time.

Who created the fake yellowcake documents and why did the media quit digging? If the Valerie Plame thing was all a distraction, it worked like a champ.

Did I mention I finally got ammo, and shot, my grandpa's old gun? It was pretty awesome.

Good for you. Did you go to the rifle range at Island Lake?

By the way, that is some miserable punctuation in your sentence.

the plame thing wasn't a distraction; it was a clear threat to her husband to back off. I don't know who created fake documents; check the wikipedia article, why don'tcha?

You check it. I checked it last year. Nobody knows. ...and after the Plame thing, nobody cared enough to keep looking.

GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE!!! I do the exact same thing. I back in and when I'm leaving, just when the door is barely high enough to clear the top of the car, I bust out of the garage and tell my kids I feel like Batman leaving the Batcave.

Holy crap that is so funny.... Except I do not have very cool cars... The silver van my kids call the loser cruiser, and a 2000 Saturn LW1 wagon that is pretty aerodynamic for a second then you realize it is a wagon... Very funny, Kids are great when they are young...

My son thinks I'm funny. My daughters and my wife mostly think I'm a dumbass.
