    Should Tigers trade Miggy?

Why is Turnbull dead to you? Dude is making $545k this year. I'd expect you to have a love infatuation with him. :hehe:

    Should Tigers trade Miggy?

    Still free agents

His ability to generate revenue and fill seats helps as well.

    Game 42 Tigers vs. A's May 16, 2019

Oh yeah I figured as much. Just frustrating to see him leave Detroit and then be out hitting every guy on our team. For his sake I hope he keeps it up, cause I like him a lot as a player. He always played hard.

    Game 42 Tigers vs. A's May 16, 2019

My guess is he waits until after 2020 when Zimm is off the books. At that point, we should be seeing what our young pitching staff is made of. Hopefully sign an impact bat and possibly compete in 2021.

    Game 42 Tigers vs. A's May 16, 2019

James McCann 93 AB .366 AVG .404 OBP .581 SLG .985 OPS what's probably more impressive vs RHP 66 AB .353 AVG .939 OPS I read they saw a flaw in his swing and corrected it early in spring. Now the dude is out hitting every single person in our line up Too bad no one in Detroit noticed that...

    Game 42 Tigers vs. A's May 16, 2019

Maybe we can beat Miami after this series. They have only won 10 games this year. 10-31. Man, that is bad. On pace for 40 wins. 3 less than us back in 2003.

Bottom 2nd and already 2 outs made on the base paths. Nick thrown out stealing second and Ronny out at home on a ground ball to short after the triple. I love all the fundamentals talk from Gardy. All talk no action.

    Game 42 Tigers vs. A's May 16, 2019

Ronny has been tearing it up. Triple in the gap. Pleasant surprise, now just bring him in!

Me too. Career 3% walk rate so he will fit right in. Career OBP .308. Utility guy at best? I dunno. Good thing we didn't give up anyone good for him. :hehe:

Game 40 Tigers vs. Astros May 14, 2019

I know Da'Mahtook is not the answer in CF but I would rather see him right now than Jacoby. Dudes hitting .325 right now at AAA with 5HR, 14BB with 12 less AB's than Jacoby. ESPN lists Jones at -0.7 WAR right now. .498 OPS. Mahtook 1.036 OPS. How much longer they gonna trot him out there? Dude...

    Casey Mize Erie debut

The defense made some killer plays behind him as well, including a nice diving catch by Derek Hill. IMO Erie is probably the most exciting Tigers team to watch right now, tons of young talent on that team.

And the Lions go tight end with their first round pick. SMH. Going to bed

Casey Mize promoted to AA Erie. Rotation at Erie is stacked.

Game 24 Tigers vs. Red Sox April 25, 2019

Couldn't agree more. And they signed him in November near the start of free agency. Must have been 10 other teams in line for him. Not. 178 starts as a National 70-50 record, 3.32 ERA, 1.16 WHIP, 0.9 HR/9, 1.8 BB/9, 7.4 SO/9 78 starts as a Tiger 24-31 record, 5.22 ERA, 1.39 WHIP, 1.6 HR/9...

Game 24 Tigers vs. Red Sox April 25, 2019

I said it after his last start and I'll say it again. After a few more clunkers he will go on the DL with some obscure injury unique only to Tiger's pitchers that he had been trying to pitch through. Lol

Ahh, that's the Frederick Alfred Porcello III we know and love.
