What is your favorite Christmas Song?

Traditional: Silent Night, White Christmas
Non-traditional: Christmas at Ground Zero by Weird Al was always tops on my list until South Park came along...very tough to choose any one of the South Park parodies over the others but I'll go with Kenny and Mr. Hankie singing "And Still Be a Virgin...Mary" with "Christmas Isn't Christmas" by Cartman a close second.

Funny side story to "Christmas Isn't Christmas"...I went to my sister's church and these 2 high school girls sang that song. It has some lyrics that, when you have a sick & twisted mind like I do and are already having South Park's multiple songs running through my head upon seeing that title in the program list, can be misconstrued in a very sexual way.

My nephew and I are sitting there as these 2 girls are singing, very sincerely and innocently, about how "Christmas Isn't Christmas until Jesus comes inside me." Well, my nephew and I are sitting there trying to hold back the laughter to the point of tears while getting dirty looks from my sister and wife, who is also pinching me...all of which just made me laugh/cry harder. Well, needless to say my sister isn't inviting me back to her church anytime soon...but I mean, seriously...how do people listen to that song and not crack up! I was laughing harder than from the South Park version!!!

Cool story - Bing Crosby (White Christmas) is my great Grandmother's 1st cousin....not sure what that makes him to me, like my 4th cousin? He's the only famous person I know I'm related to and that's fairly close. My great grandmother's maiden name was "Crosby".

Anyway, I've always been a Dominic the Italian Christmas Donkey fan myself.

And This Song

Little Drummer Boy
Do you hear what I hear (don't know if that is the correct title or not)
The Hallalujah Chorus
Ava Maria ( a member of the choir always sang this as a solo at Christmas mass when I was a kid)

after working in a mall for a holiday season (winter 1997), I gained a permanent hatred of all christmas music.

I guess I could still tolerate Run DMC's "Christmas in Hollis."

This is one most if not all of you have never heard. Not one of my tops, but it is funny as hell!

Warning: Not child appropriate

Weird for a Jew but I like o holy night

And joni Mitchell river
And no one favorite but always liked carpenters xmas songs ( loved her voice)

I also liked the bells one. And due to a tradition of my high school the senior tradition was to walk down the hall singing IDEO an 16th century song followed by bless this house. (the lower grades down to fifth and teachers would line the hall as seniors passed and then all listen as seniors sang bless this house

not that weird. that IS the official christmas carol of Jews for Jesus, so you're close.

Also the one I call ideo is also known as on this day earth shall ring

It was more tied to the school tradition that makes it memorable

Gave someone the new Justin Bieber Christmas CD at a white elephant party last night.
