I meant the 25th Amendment. And given that our lives are contract-based and the UCC has far greater influence in our lives than does the Constitution, I'm not sure that re-writing it would matter a whole lot.
Harris is my guess.

Biden will be president for about "15 minutes" and the Black-Woman-VP will leverage the 25th Amendment to assume the office. And that Black woman will nominate another Black woman as VP.

Not sure how much I like it.
I could see a long time Senatorial colleague who served collegiality with Biden; I don’t know how well Kasich even knows Biden.
I guess they served on the Hill at the same time; maybe Kasich knows Biden pretty well.
Now if Kasich were willing to self identify as a black woman he could possibly get another chance at an invitation to be vice president.

It would be kinda funny though if he did get the nom. It would be like Caitlyn Jenner getting sportsperson of the year - just more evidence that men are better at everything, including at being women.
Happened twice in Parks & Rec. Both Ron Swanson and Ben Wyatt won 'Woman of the Year' awards. Fiction though.
as a "conservative" white male, he cannot be redeemed and therefore cannot ever be given victimhood status. He would just have "cultural appropriator" added to his list of crimes. Of course, that doesn't mean he is totally useless to them. He will be paraded around a former conservative thought leader who has seen the light and left the dark side, even though most people barely know who he is.
I think Kasich was Trump's first pick for VP.

Kasich was my first choice for President
It would be great to not like the President because he's a Buckeye.Mine too!
That?s tough for a native Ann Arbor Wolverine to admit.

Exactly. But I think more people would go with 'punchable face' than 'snarky asshole' (nobody get bent out of shape thinking I've pushing violence, I think, because I've also heard it applied to King Joeffrey, it's a combination of smugness with a weak chin that inspires that phrase)As opposed to not liking the president for all the reasons we don?t like Trump very much for?
It would probably be great to not like the president unless the president was HRC for any other reason than the reason we don?t especially like Trump.
Let?s take the Republican runner-up Ted Cruz. He?s kind of a snarky asshole. Still I would rather dislike him for being a snarky asshole than I dislike Trump for the reasons I dislike Trump.
Probably, but then they'd do something to push Harbaugh's buttons, get a reaction, and throw him in Gitmo so it doesn't happen again.Would a Buckeye president invite the 2025 University of Michigan National (Sport) Champions to the White House?
