Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis?s presidential campaign raised $20 million during the second fundraising quarter that ended June 30, the campaign announced Thursday.

DeSantis? campaign touted its fundraising haul as ?the largest first-quarter filing from any non-incumbent Republican candidate in more than a decade.?

Never Back Down, a super PAC supporting DeSantis? presidential effort, has brought in $130 million since launching in March, a spokesman for the group said Thursday.

Things look really bad for DeSantis' campaign. It's a good thing too, because nobody wants to see people get their throats slit which would definitely happen if he won the election - cause he's a fascist.

Honestly, if it came down to Biden v. Trump, I'd vote for Trump.

I'd vote for either Marianne Williamson or RFK Jr. over Biden in a primary.

Marianne Williamson seems like the only decent human being who has announced so far. But they (the DNC) wouldn't allow her to debate before and they probably won't in '24 either.

Gavin Newsome is apparently quietly making moves to set up for a run, presumably if Biden drops out (or dies... or just starts going completely catatonic in public, like Mitch McConnell).

I don't have a very good opinion of Newsome, but he can't really be worse than Biden. Not possible.

Maybe there are states, maybe Mississippi, where Republicans are in complete control that are a mess, maybe not because of ideology but one party rule cronyism.

The day I arrived in in California, former California governor Governor Ronald Reagan, who had been a liberal Democrat a whole lot longer than he had been a Republican, had been sworn in as POTUS within about ten days before.

Yeah it?s too bad all those corporations watched TV in California and decided to close all their stores. If only they looked at actual data regarding retail theft or better yet, got out from behind their expensive desks on their mega yachts and visited the stores - being careful to 1) dodge all the human feces on the sidewalk so as not to ruin their expensive shoes 2) avoid the mentally ill homeless people so they don?t get assaulted and 3) park somewhere that their car won't get broken into or stolen. Just kidding, in SF it?s impossible to avoid the poop and getting your car broken into.

Biden sets new record spending 40% of his first 2.5 years in office on vacation, 4x the vacation most presidents before him took. Joe recently took is 367th day of vacation. By comparison, his boss Barack took 328 days over 8 years, fewer total days over almost 4x as long.
