Get StartedYeah, but no, not reallyFederal law ALWAYS supersedes state law. It always has. It is a federal election and therefore would be subject to federal law. He hasn’t been convicted of insurrection on a federal level. This was always going to be the result.
I hate the orange cunt as much as the next guy, but if anyone is shocked by this outcome it means they didn’t pay attention in social studies/civics or they really need to check their bias.
Just make sure you keep this energy next time the courts make a ruling you don't agree with and want to cry that the courts are corrupt.
Well, that's the kicker. You're comparing voting and sanctuary laws. One is heavily covered in the Constitution, the other is not (as far as I'm aware).Yeah, but no, not really
If the Federal government doesn’t have the gunpower or the will to enforce federal law in the face of state law enforcement defiance, then federal law doesn’t supersede state law at all, regardless of what the Constitution's might say.
Right where I live, here in the California Socialist anti American Republic, state and local Sanctuary laws routinely defy the will of federal law enforcement agencies attempting to enforce federal immigration laws, every single day.

Well you made the sweeping generalization.Well, that's the kicker. You're comparing voting and sanctuary laws. One is heavily covered in the Constitution, the other is not (as far as I'm aware).
Colorado's grounds for removing Trump were using/citing a section clause in the Constitution despite it clearly saying that it was enforceable by Congress. Your (and other) state's sanctuary laws don't cite or contradict anything in the Constitution which is why the Supreme Court repeatedly refuses cases brought to them challenging their legality. Apples and oranges.
Open primary in Vermont so she got votes from DEMS.Nikki Haley won a state! Vermont, but still. I'm surprised.
Maybe.Open primary in Vermont so she got votes from DEMS.
I think you're smart enough to know what I was getting at but the urge to complain about California was just too strong. Which I totally understand.Well you made the sweeping generalization.
Nothing I posted is in factual, but one thing you posted was.
Nikki Haley won a state! Vermont, but still. I'm surprised.
can she still be President of Vermont? I wonder if she could beat Sanders in that race...Haley dropped out this morning. Now the RNC can really start raising money for Trump.
Well shit.Dean Phillips has dropped out as well.
He’s a giant turd with no integrity and less personality. Everyone should have tremendous disdain for him.I tried to do the URL thing, but I can’t figure it out here. But you guys realize you can just click on the link probably.
I don’t know who hates Adam Schiff more, the MAGA or the “Death to Israel” crowd.
