Also working out for #Lions:
LBs Joplo Bartu, James-Michael Johnson, Zaviar Gooden, Jamari Lattimore.
Zaviar Gooden and James-Michael Johnson have previously spent time on the Lions roster. Gooden was part of the 2016 90-man roster after signing with the team in the offseason, but was waived on cut day. Johnson spent just 10 days on the roster last year during a span in November.
The other two, Joplo Bartu has been in the league since 2013. He started 27 games in his first two years with the Falcons, amassing 167 tackles along the way. However, he was delegated to backup duties the next season and was waived in the middle of 2015. The Jaguars snagged him up, but he did not contribute much in the three game appearances he made in Jacksonville.
Jamari Lattimore is a five-year veteran who mostly played backup duty for the Packers throughout his career. In his four year in Green Bay, he totaled 85 tackles and two sacks. Since 2015, he?s jumped from the Jets to the Bills. Buffalo released him on September 4.
