And you base your answer on a sample of 1, good job. I can tell you that PERSONALLY, I spent 3 weeks of training in the summer last year. I am still responsible for renewing my certificate so I took a college class over the summer. I needed to be ESOL certified so I took another class.

A lot of professionals require education throughout the time they carry a job. What about doctors and accountants. I'm pretty sure they don't get four months of vacation a year. Teachers are not the only ones with continuous training.
