He got his 3rd DUI last night and has been charged with hit and run and a few smaller things. That team is a mess.

Cant really blame the organization for this...they have done A LOT to try and help the guy. He just cant stay out of trouble..hes like Titus Young on steroids (both talent wise and self destruction wise)

That being said, its hard to think of a worse offseason for a team (in any sport) than SF has just gone through (and its not even over...) They went from a top 8 team in the league to basically one of the worst (and certainly most dyfunctional) in a matter of 6 months.

The 49ers have lost the following People in the past 6 months...

Jim Haurbaugh (Top 5 coach in the NFL)
Patrick Willis (Top 10 Defensive Player in the NFL)
Justin Smith (Rated 11th Best 3-4 DE last year by PFF)
Chris Borland (made 108 tackles as a rookie last year)
Chris Culliver (Rated 15th best CB last year by PFF)
Ray McDonald (Rated 12th best 3-4 DE last year by PFF)
Anthony Davis (Avg. 5.5 YPC with him - 3.9 w/out him)
Frank Gore (Getting up there in age, but still cracked over 1100 yds for the 4th straight year last year)
Aldon Smith (Top 5 Talent - former DPOY)
Michael Crabtree

Just think - a lot of Lions fans were depressed and downright angry when they lost Suh, and to an extent Fairley. Add losing Terryl Austin, Ziggy Ansah, Joique Bell, DeAndre Levy, Stephen Tulloch, Darius Slay, and Larry Warfard to that list and youve now experienced what 49ers fans are going through this year...

They have imploded thats for sure. I still will never understand why they ran off Harbaugh. Now it is possible that even without all the drama they had he still would have went to Michigan but I dont think he would have. But the GM and the owner thought he got to much credit, Well now they can take all the credit for the Dumpster fire they are now.
