Good make him the QB coach after the Ravens fire him, he isn't HC material.

Get StartedSorry Caldwell is a joke. He took Dungy's team to the Super Bowl in his first season, then went 10-6, then 2-14(without Manning). The 2-14 year doesn't really concern me but the 10-6 year does. The Colts were sliding when he became the HC. He also did a terrible job in Baltimore this year, I don't think losing Boldin means your team should drop to almost dead last in offense.
He wasn't a great pick either but at least he took a bad AZ team and made them better. Caldwell took a great Colt team and made them shitty. Bad year to go shopping for a former head coach.

Who do you bring in then and why is the organization a joke? Because the Whiz decided to coach a team with no QB, a RB begging to be traded, one good WR and a defense with holes in it? Fuck the Whiz, have fun winning 3 games next year.
Bring on Caldwell .... he's not a joke.
Caldwell is well respected and Dungy is high on him. I get the potential hire but the coach is only part of the issue. It's a joke that he was even interviewed and then made known that Whiz was their man. That's the joke. Interview the potential candidates and keep the pie-hole shut about it.
As the Owner, you fire the President and GM. This garbage is their fault. You bring in a real executive who will hire Khan. With Khan will come Cowher. This team's strength is in the D-Line. That's how you fix this thing and change the culture and perception. This organization with it's current front office is not a desirable destination for elite level leaders and coach's. They are dysfunctional and inept.
I never wanted Whiz anyway. All he had to do is look at the roster and the contracts / future cap issues and realized it was a potential nightmare.
Not a joke at all. Its a fn business and guys get interviewed all the time. Theres always a frontrunner when it comes to hiring these schmucks. The Whiz was the guy, he fucked us and thats that. Caldwell was the next up
You know who doesn't get interviews all the time...Caldwell. No one else wanted him.

I thought he interviewed for the Browns and Titans?

"No one still with an opening has publicly tried to interview Jim Caldwell."
The Browns? Haha. Well the Lions are very similar to that franchise.
can you just fn leave already and become a fan of whatever the next "hot" team is? the lions made their choice, and they seem content with it.The Browns? Haha. Well the Lions are very similar to that franchise.

you now have 3 options:
1. get on board and support the team
2. be counterproductive by being negative to the point of giving yourself an anuerism (and looking like a giant tool in the process)
3. be a fan of another team.

Why should a fan have to support what the team does if they disagree? That makes no sense.
