Anyone worried about Bears game?

Seriously. I think the Lions could start their entire practice squad and win by 10+, the Bears are in complete meltdown mode.

I just hope the Lions don't do their typical spotting of 14 points to the opponent before finally playing. Maybe they should just tell the refs to put 14 points on the opponent scoreboard at the opening kickoff so that they have their heads on straight from the beginning.

I am a little bit. I was a bit worried about the Vikings game but it was at home so I figured we'd pull out a win even if we played somewhat poorly.

The Bears are awful but I'm slightly worried they will actually "try" and put together one good game just to ruin a division rivals playoff hopes....this is their playoff game. If we just do what we're supposed to do than of course we should win. But because our offense can be non-existent at times I'm always slightly worried. Hopefully we jump out to an early lead and just roll from there.

Minus Brandon Marshall makes me worry less about this game, but it would be idiotic to think that the Bears couldn't muster up a decent game and play the spoiler this week. Looking past teams bothers me, and is something I just don't do, especially after last week's crapshoot. Lombardi will always find ways to make this offense under perform, he's done it the entire season.

Yeah, but Thanksgiving was just a short while ago, and the D was dialed in pretty good while the O was able to pick apart their D with relative ease. The Bears have actually gotten worse since then. Sure a couple of the players probably will try to step up, but the feeling around that franchise right now is one of complete despair and no pulse.

Turnovers and Forte and on the road. Lions should still win by double digits though.

Forte and those big WRs worry me. That's about all. Also, our offense shutting down for the second week in a row.

Marshall is out I thought.

ahhh I had no idea. If that's true, it should be a bit easier. Still shouldn't think it will be a double digit win. It's the bears. At their place. Those games are rarely easy, regardless of record.

I get this weird feeling that the first time I stop worrying about this team they will let me down....just used to it after 35 years. We SHOULD win by 2 touchdowns and clinch a playoff birth.

It's the NFL. Any road game worries me a bit. Chicago sucks. Period. They've packed it in for 2014.

That said.....Cutler still has a good arm and Alshon Jeffery is still A LOT bigger than Slay. Chicago still has a solid screen game that ALWAYS seems to give us fits.

Should the Lions win? Fuck yes. It would be shocking, to me at least, if we didn't win by 14+.

I think we learn a lot about this team the next two games. I know that sounds really stupid being that it's week 16 & 17.....but I don't think there is one of on this board who "knows" what this team is yet. Can we win in cold weather? Can we win on the road? Can we "step up" with SOOOOOO much on the line?

To be honest, at this point in the season, with this much riding on this game, with as relatively healthy as this team is..........if we come out flat.....even if we get a W.....I think the season might as well be over. We will lose our last one (GB) or even two (playoff?) games.

If the coaching staff gets their head out of their respective asses.....the players do the same.......and we stomp the Bears......I say we win a playoff game.

Put up or shut up time in Detroit.

(I'm lookin at you Lombardi, Stafford, Slay, Oline and Caldwell)

That bears defense is just so bad. It's hard to imagine the Lions losing. This is how other teams fans must of felt when they came to play the lions.

That said, those lions teams occasionally put together a game and beat a team they shouldn't of, so yes it is possible, and I am slightly nervous. Less nervous after watching their Monday night performance.

What Lions fan hasn't been worried about the next Lions' game since they started being Lions fans?

Okay...I guess in the years the that the Lions have obviously been eliminated from playoff contention by mid-season or even sooner...which has been pretty often...I stop worrying about the Lions games at that point.

Always worried. Lions fans don't have that luxury of just sitting back and just chill

Was watching the Bears saints game last night and kept saying good lord the Bears are fkin terrible..they had like 14 yards passing in the first half againts the 30th ranked defense or some shit...I really hope we don't need to worry but yes like everyone else says.. it's not possible to not worry about the lions finding away to fk it up, it's just not possible not to have these thoughts!
