of ED's record. Career high 34 carries (199 yards). His final run gets them into field goal range and the Vikes make the playoffs for the 1st time since 2005.

would have liked to see him break it. was hoping for OT. Vikes get to play in lambeau next week in a rematch.

In this pass happy league for him to single handedly carry his team to the playoffs is just insane. He has to be MVP or at least get a share.

If there was ever a year to give out co-mvp's again this would be the year. Both he and Manning are coming off of injuries and both had those type of seasons. If I could only choose 1 I would vote for AP.

He was great and I won?t argue with anyone about that, but come on Tim Tebow took Den to the playoffs so it doesn't seem as impressive to me. AP AD

Tebow barely did it. And didn't roll off a shit load of wins in a row with 103.7 QB rating.

Manning, hands down. Jamaal Charles came back like AP. but I agree that it's nice to see such a feat in the hurry up pass only NFL.

Big Dickerson fan so I'm glad he came up short. Wonder if anyone talks about his garbage time.

I'm a Walter Payton guy myself and didn't want Dickerson or Emmitt to eclipse him

What if, they called the Packers Seahawks game correctly. Packers already had the #2 seed so they rest players. And AP goes against packers second string defense.

Funny how things can effect different things.

What if, the Packers were a better team, Bears make the playoffs instead..

Too bad he had to pass Barry on the list, too.

Went to the NFC Championship game in '09. Favre threw that bonehead pass in OT and the Saints intercepted to set up winning FG. Beginning of the end for Favre. Loved it.

Oops. He actually threw the pick in the red zone at the end of regulation. Still bonehead.

Saints won coin toss...FG on opening posession of OT. Probably one of the reasons the rule got changed. The Vikings out-gained NO in every aspect of the game offensively, but Favre screwed 'em.

One and done this week, buddy. Be prepared with your excuses... ;)

My post has nothing to do with excuses or really the Packers. Just how little things could have effected APs nine yards.

A lions fan talking about how the packers could be better. That's funny.

You're using a what if..

Well, what if AP broke his leg last week he would have missed 2k altogether.

You know the injury excuse card will be thrown out that. Like Ponder could have done anything. Lol.

I think the NFC is wide open. I couldn't even begin to pick who will get to the SB.
