Tigers are staring at a possibility of 6 losses in a row if the ?this team sucks? tour continues tonight. Currently 3 games back of the 1st place Twins/Royals and only 3.5 games ahead of the last place White Sox (our next series).

Sanchez has 20 strikeouts over his last two starts, but he's also allowed six home runs and issued six walks in his last three. He'll try to turn around his fortune at Comerica Park, where he's 2-3 with a 6.81 ERA in seven outings.

Gray?s 1.82 era is 2nd in the AL and has allowed 2 runs or less in 9 of his 11 starts. Tigers have scored 2 runs or less in 25 of their 53 games. Gray is 9-4 with a 2.45 ERA -- the AL's third-best mark -- in 21 road starts over the past two seasons. He did not get a decision in his only start versus Detroit on May 27, 2014, when he allowed four runs over six innings in a 6-5 home loss. Gray has only surrendered 3 home runs this year.

Miggy is 4 for 8 with 2 homers against Gray and is the only player with more than 4 ab?s against him. Kinsler is batting .093 in his last 11 games.

Rajai Davis (paternity list) is not expected to rejoin the team until Friday.

Sanchez walks the 8 and 9 hitters to load em up with 2 outs. Then gives up double. 3-0 A's

Man he's been bad this year. ERA at an even 6.00 now

3-0 deficit already. Team is lost and the season could be lost soon if something doesn't give.

Game over 6 loses in a row

Won't be too many more days before they drop into 4th

I've tried to stay upbeat this year, but rolling over EVERYTHING with guys on base might just lead to me replacing my TV.

I remember rooting for the Lions to lose so that change could happen. Almost getting there with the Tigers right now. They deserve to lose and big changes are needed.

Goose just waving the wand and coming up empty my o my the tigers are done

Being sellers at the deadline Wouldn't be the worst thing.

Pending free agents Price, Simon, Soria, Davis, and Cespedes could get nice returns.

might just as well put fields in and give the home crowd something to cheer for at least

What's Kinsler now 2 for his last 100, smash it into the ground over and over and over again

Season would be over. And Tigers would have to go into full rebuild.

Who would we like see hired as the manager any good choices out there?

Wouldn't call it a full rebuild. These are probably players they will loose in the offseason anyway.

Deep free agent pool in 2016. Tigers could spend wisely and be right back in the mix
