at bball game- ugh

no. i really wonder what happened to hardaway's outside game. he's been terrible this year. Between him and Morgan, we're lucky to not be getting killed right now.

I like the way Zack Novak is playing

me too, we're going to miss him next year.

but damn it, we need hardaway to start stepping up his game. The last game he scored a bunch, but still couldn't hit outside. he needs to knock them down.

BEAUTIFUL! DEFENSE! have to admit though, that open three made my heart skip a beat.

that defense was stifling, man.

good ending to otherwise lackluster game.

....and michigan wins! GET IT TOGETHER HARDAWAY or we're goingt o get killed by the good big 10 teams.

ugly win
our shooting wasnt hoid -tim was totally iff
our passing game was not good either

I was there also. Worst part of the game was waiting in line for an hour for the will call.

I went, too. No will call. Did the blue rage thing. Was a good time

it was an ugly game and I was worried that Mn would win, but not to sound too cliche, its good to win an ugly game. If you can play poorly and still win, its actually a good sign. Isn't it?

Also did Blue Rage, got lucky with seats in the 3rd row, right behind the middle of the UM bench. We see it on TV pretty much every game, but it was neat seeing how often Beilein will pace up and down the bench giving instructions based on something that just happened.

At one point with about 12 to go in the game Morgan got on offensive rebound in a crowd and went right back up after a short hesitation, but then losing the ball because of all the traffic. Beilein paces down the bench telling Smotrycz and others sitting there, "You get that rebound and you're triple teamed you've got to kick that out". Nothing groundbreaking, but at the next dead ball Smot went in for Morgan (who of course got a little talking to) and a minute later Evan got an offensive rebound, kicked it out, then got it right back for an easy layup.

Of course that was the "good" Smotryzc on the sidelines. A few minutes later he got called for a lazy foul, and Beilein yanks him and explains what he should or shouldn't have done. You can tell Smot is pleading his case as to why it wasn't really a foul, but Beilein persists and eventually sits down. Well Smot wasn't satisfied and kept standing there explaining his position. Finally Beilein gets back up, gives his side a little more demonstratively, Evan's still talking back, and at this point Beilein is yelling at him as he sits back down when Smot finally gets the hint and takes a seat. A seat he'd occupy for the last 8 minutes or so until the last few seconds (I'm pretty sure at least, I saw him still on the bench with a couple to go and was pretty sure he wasn't in before that).

Oh yeah, that Burke kid is kinda good.

I get more amazed by Burke every game. I had no clue he would be this good this soon. With TH2 struggling we need someone to step up and Burke has in a major way. This team reminds me of the football team in a way. We havnt played our best game yet but we are winning. This team is still very young but we are light years ahead of where we were a few years ago.

was kinf of disappointed with blue rage. Pizza kind of sucked. shirt is low quality and i already have quite a few maize t shirts. I got stuck in the far right corner (if you're facing the court). Seats weren't terrible, but I would've much rather been closer to center court. I wonder if its just random or you get better seats by being repeat blue rage club members./
