i doubt fickel would come to msu but I'd take him over Narduzzi. this is basicaly the same defense narduzzi always ran but we dont have the corners for it and we arent adjusting to that fact.

I believe a lot of the problems stem from that 2016 stud recruiting class. That class would be 4th year players right now and they are all gone. This team just doesn't have any on field leadership on either side of the ball.

Be nice to see some guys in this years freshmen and sophomore classes step up into leadership roles in the next few weeks. Especially the offensive linemen. Our current upper class linemen aren't nasty enough. Never seen a group miss so many games with random ass 1-2 week injuries.

thats some of the problem but it also demonstrates the difficulty of trying to compete with a few 4 stars and mostly 2s and 3s. we have had 3 other classes ahead of 2016 and the 2017 class thats now all upperclassmen that all pretty much failed.
