Safety has been a revolving door of old, veteran, beat up, trash. Time for a new young face that can stick it out more than a year next to Delmas.

In addition to the Patriots and Jets, free agent SS LaRon Landry is scheduled to visit the Lions and a fourth "mystery" team.
Detroit is an interesting fit, as Landry would fill a major need as a run thumper opposite free safety Louis Delmas. The Bears remain interested as well, though they are not the mystery team.

Atogwe said afterward he was impressed with the visit, but left without a contract. The Jets have also shown interest in Atogwe, though they're currently tied up in Tim Tebow trade talks. Atogwe is the top safety left on the market.
