Bears game

Guy is an animal in the trenches, would be almost like us losing Suh for the season, he's that good. He's one of the top 4 or 5 DTs in the NFL.

I think its more like us losing Fairley than Suh just the way they play the game. Melton is more of a run stopping guy who can rush the passer same with Fairley who is incredibly good vs. the run and is a decent pass rusher. Either way this should help Warlord who will have an easier time with the backups.

Melton had 6 sacks last year, he means more to the Bears than Fairly means to us. He may even mean more to the Bears than Suh means to us, just because Chicago was already thin at DT. There's no Nick Fairly to pick up the slack for the Bears without Melton. I think Suh is better than Melton, but Melton meant more to the Bears, he took a double or triple team play after play to allow the Bears DEs to run free.

Bell up the middle early and often then some play action to keep their D off balance. Seems like a probable scenario that even Linehan can't screw...up...uhhh...ok, nevermind.

Melton hasn't played well this year. Nate Collins has outplayed him. Bears front 4 not generating much pressure but they are still +6 in turnovers. Don't turn the ball over and the Lions should win.

NFL teams are 989-283-1 in games with no turnovers dating back to the start of the 2000 season....so yes...if they don't turn the ball over they should win the game!

I'm honestly more worried about the Bears O versus our D than the opposite. I have faith in these guys putting up points, not as much in our guys preventing them. Cutler, Forte, and Marshall scare me. I really don't think Cutler's that great, but he seems to be against us...

Don't turn it over or at least be even in turnover differential is what I really meant. Lions are +3 on the year. So far so good.

Give me a game where we don't commit a stupid personal foul on third down to keep the opposing teams drive alive. And if Willie Young does it again, I will immediately drive to the game and jumped onto the field and drag him off the field.

Bennett has played well too. That offense is much more complete this year than it has in the past.

They have some nice 4th Quarter long TD drives. Can't let their D score and limit the short fields.

Dont like the Lions chances in this one. That Bears d forces way too many turnovers. Hopefully Pettigrew is inactive.

said it in the game thread....i swear everytime hes on the field he gets a flag for something lol. Even when he pressured RGohandIII and threw a pick i thought he was going to get a horsecollar flag to negate it. Guy is a walking yellow flag.

Young has played very well this year. 1 sack 5 hits and 11 hurries in 3 games is huge. Rated 5th best 4-3 DE per PFF
And +3.3 run defense.

The Willie Young hate is beyond stupid right now.
