I don't want to overgeneralize, but for a lot of ideologies, I feel like you've got to be just ignorant or in denial about its limitations to be an extremist. If you get a degree in econ, I'd be surprised if you thought almost everything or almost nothing should be regulated for example.

she's definitely hotter but given she's a socialist, she's still an idiot and can't be all that much smarter than the not hot socialist in the Alex Jones video. If the two of them were in a room and it was determined that she was incrementally less stupid, well that's like being the richest guy in line at the soup kitchen.

Well, you expect extremism from philosophers. That's part of their thing, speaking in absolutes and considering extreme cases and trying to reduce everything to black and white. That's how you form an ideology.


You generally shouldn't put philosophers in charge of things.

She?s not really a socialist and she?s not an idiot at all.

I think you and I agree on this-liberals-or leftists or progressives or Socialist Democrats or Justice Democrats-which she might be starting to call herself now-stake their fortune running around advocating for socialist shit that we already have anyway.
