Izzo trying to lose another one with retarded lineups.

Happ sitting so let’s counter that by playing Goins, Schilling and Tillman while Ward and Jackson sit. What is this guy thinking?????

Not sure why he’s ok with Langford and Bridges throwing the ball away so often unforced

For the love of god, just put Jackson on Happ already and get this game over with

bummed I couldn't be at the game - got shown tickets but had a client meeting. followed the 2nd half on my phone, seemed like an ugly win but a win.

Five posts on the conference championship tournament quarter final game.

Impressive.

The amount of shit Izzo allows Bridges to get away with is insane. He throws the ball away so many times each game. Also, can we please let Cassius be the player he wants to be and not a guy who is forced to run the offense? When he is aggressive we are a completely different team. Izzos players always play with one hand tied behind their back because they know they?ll get pulled if they don?t do exactly what he says. It drives me bananas

Should we add 100 posts about how bad the officials are so you can feel at home?

Tomorrow, if you want, you can come onto the M board game thread and add all the posts about how badly the calls are going against Michigan that you want - you can 1000 if you want to.

You can add 10,000 if you want to.

MitchRapp - gimme a like on this here post - hey oh!

The reason I liked his post because he has a point.. Why not just enjoy the game .. Seldom does a ref cause a win or loss. One instance was the phantom foul called on Jabbar in '88 vs the Pistons.

I read the thread after the game and I wondered if any of you were enjoying the game.

The game vs Iowa would have been easier if they made their free throws.

I gave his post a like too...because it was funny.

GoTime909 actually makes quite a few funny posts.

Don't tell anyone over on the Michigan board that I posted that here, though.

The call was on Laimbeer though; the call was that Jabbar was fouled.

EDIT: Oh...I was thoroughly enjoying the game...but I won't bore Spartans with a breakdown of the Michigan game here. They can all go back and read the game thread on our board, if they want.

Seems like GoTime909 already has, anyway.

On paper this looks like a great team but far from it. were scraping by game after game against avg B10 opponents. In fact id say we looked much better earlier in the season. Tomorrow will br atrue test. Michigan is playing very well and now were on a neutral court. Yes, will izzo give guys like ward and jackson limited minutes from here on out? Its going to be a short trip through bracketology if so. I almost think its better we drop a game before tourney time. because it feels like were always on the verge.

When I said called on Jabbar I meant it was a phantom call in his favor. Mix of words.

Yes, I know. I was just goofing on you.

I, like you, am on of the few here to remember watching it when it as it happened.

I guess a few guys a decade or so younger than us might have seen it as teenagers.

to be fair, there is just as much bitching in MSU game threads, except they bitch about their coach, not the refs.

they hate their coach because he is an angry midget, who struggles to manage his optimum lineup each game, under-plays young talent, let a violent rapist live in his basement, and bribed a recruit (but supposedly only one (1) time and for only $40... ) pssh yeah right

That series was the first time I remember being really bummed out by a sports outcome (I was 8). at least we got revenge next season

I should just assuming you're always goofing on me.. Lol.

With John "The Spider" Sally!

Just within the last week or so, I was out and about doing whatever it is I do, and I wandered into this pizza place Mulberry's on Ventura Blvd., in Encino.

We order pizza delivered from there quite often, have for years and years, but that day my back was just starting to hurt badly again, as it does, and I just needed a glass of water to take my Tylenol.

So I look on the wall, and there's an autographed black and white of Sally, who lives in the neighborhood and, as you know, I run into him from time to time in my sojourns, so to speak, and so I say to the guys in the place "hey-it's John Sally-but he's a vegan!?"

And they tell me yeah, he always gets pizza with vegan cheese when he comes in.

EDIT: I think it may be actually "Salley..."
