I hate both teams but I hate the NYG more the the Pat's for some reason... Both fan' bases are crap though..I hate that a 9-7 team won the Super bowl... Lions match up really good with the Giants defense and i think we give them a really good game if we would have won at Green bay.

I thought if the pats took a big lead in the first half it was over, if the game was close into halftime it was either teams game. Certainly glad the pat's lost, the fan base is the same as the sox. I guess it doesn't matter to me about new york fans. Lots of crying on the local channels last night.

I was not calling you a jackass, but in my experience Packer fans are the cockiest fans in the NFL, which was why I said pot/kettle.

Now if you're talking about all sports and just going by city/region, then yeah, Boston area fans are probably the worst, but I assumed you meant football fans.

Packer fan's can take a hike... On of the most annoying fan bases in the NFL.. Crying about only one super Bowl in 15 years says it all..

while we're on the subject though, as a packers fan living in michigan i can attest to the fact that there are some pretty damn annoying lions fans too. every fanbase has them.

Super Bowl wins don't mean a QB is great, this has been discussed.

And 4th quarter comebacks and game winning drives just mean he was not putting teams away early in the game, not always the best stat to have.

Also, nobody said Eli sucks, I said he was overrated, and he is not among the "Elite" top tier QB's in the league, that does not mean I think he sucks.

Elite QB's to me are the ones who dominate the game, Rodgers, Brees, Brady (Peyton when healthy).

Eli is solid, but the Giants defense is what dominates on his team, not him.

Those 3 and a half guys I listed, are almost in a league of their own, and Eli is not close to that league.
