Caris still being projected mid first round for this year

That sucks...hope he stays but I couldn't blame him if he left if that's the case.

Is he really all that good? As I recall Michigan suffered of those two or three unimaginable Homecourt losses well Lavert was still active.

If you got a guy that's a legitimate mid first rounder in the draft how the **** do you lose at home to God damn New Jersey Tech? Oh and ****ing Eastern Michigan for god sake?

That and Caliperi is the most crooked coach since ...ever. The NBA sucks ass now because the players are all 'athletes' who skip the development of college, or Europussies who play like europussies.

Oh.

Damn.

And here all along I thought the primary reason that the NBA sucks is because it's all fixed.

That too.

Of course I wouldn't say that to the NBA refs who worked last night's Suns/Rockets game that were sitting next to me at the hotel bar following.

Did they exchange cash right at the bar? Or did they go to the rest room to do that?

The NBA has suffered quality wise since players are one and done. They never learn how to play. I expect lavert to leave for the simple fact that there seems to be a feeling among the players that it will almost be held against them in the NBA if they did play 4 years in college.

I agree to some extent, but I think the talent is too diluted. they need to cut a couple franchises, (easier said than done...), cut the season back 60 some games, and make the first couple rounds of the playoffs shorter.

There will also be guys that have breakthrough tournaments and their stock will pass his. He needs to come back. Even when he was playing he didn't look ready.

Anthony Dinozzo is more ready for the NBA than Caris Levert, and Dinozzo isn't even a real person.

Franchises won't be cut. They will be moved, or added. Leagues always want to expand.

Do you mean cut the season back to 60 games? Or cut out 60 games? The length of the season is fine as is. What needs to be done is stop stretching out the first round so damn long. There are sometimes three days between games. It's silly. They are professional athletes, it's what they do for a living. They don't need a week to recuperate.

As far as fixing the quality of college and the NBA, just adopt a similar version of the NFL. Out of high school, you can either declare for the NBA draft/go overseas, or pick a college and go for three years. Teams like Kentucky won't exist anymore on their current structure, they'll actually have to recruit.

Dinozzo? Who is Anthony Dinozzo?

He's a fictitious character on the long running CBS hit TV show NCIS. He's a Naval Special (Very Special) investigator.

In the character's back story, he was the starting point guard on an Ohio State Buckeye basketball team that went to the final four one season.

He's played by the actor, Michael Weatherly.

One day, in real life, I was out walking my dogs, and I met Michael Weatherly (Dinozzo).

Did I ever tell you about that?

They actually rewatch their game and critique their calls.

.....while counting all their cold hard cash.

Were they patting each other on the back, and saying things like "dang, that was such an obvious non-foul, I can't believe you pulled that call off...and at a really critical time in the game, too...gutsy call, man..."

I really was surprised before the injury for him to be first rounder

I still thought he had some issues

I hope he stays

No link but was headlines from several spots writers
