Deal on hold due to domestic violence. Reds had to know and still tried dealing him without letting the Dodgers know. No one should deal with Walt Jocketty ever again.

It doesn't say where it was in Florida. Urban or rural makes a difference on where you can shoot a firearm legally without recourse.

MLB just passed a Domestic Violence policy in August. I am sure the league will impose some sort of penalty if it is true. As far as law enforcement, I don't buy what the lawyer is shoveling, so I am sure it is what they can "prove" in a court. A lot of these get negotiated down to a misdemeanor offense, especially with prior history and minimal "damage".
