Charbonnet out against Wisky?

Yes, it is. I can't stand Yoder, thus the question mark and not a period.

Read a Q&A on The Athletic today and the two writers that travel with Wisky and Michigan said that they've seen no indication that this would be the case.

Where is it? I can't find it. There's a piece on Charbonnet but it's a general piece.

Not buying till we see it. Yoder is wrong more then he is right. I hope he is wrong because we are thin at running back yet again at Michigan.

All that jackass does is scour the internet for any rumor then tries to post it as fact. His site should get an incurable virus.

This particular horse shit was started by a Buckeye fan who is so worthless that he's been banned from multiple Buckeye blogs.

I guess Sam Webb is saying that he won't confirm or deny this rumor and that he wouldn't whether it was true or whether it wasn't true.

He did say to consider Zach Charbonnet as questionable.

There was a rumor that someone got hurt in practice thursday. That was thought to be Jalen Mayfield. It was announced today that the OL is healthy, including Runyan and Mayfield. There was, also, some mention of Charbonnet when that rumor broke. There might be something to this.

I guess best bet is to think that Charbonnet is not going to play. If he does, that would be a pleasant surprise for me at this point.

I guess even a monkey can get some shit to stick against a wall. Basically the founding principle of Chat Sports.

Q: I've been hearing rumors that Zach charbonnet is injured. Any validity to that?

A: I'll chime in on that one: I know there were some very vague rumors floating around this week but I've heard nothing to substantiate that. Coincidentally, I just did a story on him and nothing of that nature came up.

Jon Jansen:

"There has been no surgery. I've confirmed that with those inside Schembechler Hall, and I saw Zach yesterday walking around the building. No limp, no crutches. I don't know where this rumor started but to all of my knowledge not true and I fully expect to see him line up again as the staring RB for Michigan on Saturday when they face Wisconsin."

Great news ! I was scolded once for put up something Yoder said so while I will watch some of his recruiting stuff Steve Deace at Michigan podcast is much better. He does not sugar can?t anything and is a huge Wolverine fan like us.

Friend of mine said this rumor originated with Rivals' Buckeye basketball writer. so... a loser with nothing else to do right now.

He's definitely right about the unwillingness to stay aggressive on the road. Cost us big time at Iowa in 2016. In general, we just suck on the road. Even when we play weak opponents on the road, we have a tendency to look like shit. We've had to go to double OT and OT at IU in 2015 and 2017, had to make a late 4Q comeback against a terrible Minnesota team in 2015, put up only 13 points against Iowa in 2016, struggle bus at NW in 2018.

Hell, we couldn't even stay aggressive at home against Army in our last game. Going got tough and we turtled. Doesn't exactly inspire any confidence heading up to Madison.

I totally agree with you. We need to get this offense going. So far our qb?s other then Jake are getting worse under Jim. We have to change that narrative. I am so tired of Ohio st not having any issues in this transition from Meyer to a Day. I guess we have to give them credit they are just way better then we are and we spend more money on recruiting then they do. We have to flip this script somehow. I agree I am not very confident going into this game at Madison. Hopefully they will go hurry up and get a lead, and for crying out loud stop turning the ball over !

I understand the disappointment, believe me.

But "beating ranked opponents on the road" is something most college football teams struggle with. It's not easy to do.

Even road games against weak teams... look who else they play. Their home game against Michigan is the biggest game on the schedule. Their fans all want to attend. Their coaches prepare more for that one, knowing that bringing in a "whale" will pay off for them when it comes to renegotiate their contract. their players are more motivated to play their best game of the season, knowing the exposure they'll receive

Teams that make the CFP are 33-4 on the road against ranked teams.

Right or wrong, that's who Michigan gets compared against. If we don't want to be compared to teams at that level, then we shouldn't pay our coach like he's one of the top three coaches in the country. Only Saban gets paid more.

Michigan has a ton of money and none of it is mine, so they should pay their coach top dollar whomever it is. Throwing that out there means nothing to me. It would be an embarrassment if the Michigan coach didn't get paid top dollar.
